The most important meal.
You often hear that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I rarely eat breakfast. Usually, it's because don't have time in the morning to make it and would rather spend those extra moments sleeping in or getting ready for the day. Yes, I understand that eating breakfast is part of the process of getting ready for the day, but not for me. Instead, breakfast is the meal I have when I don't have to work and can relax and take my time with the morning. It's almost like a ritual, and for that reason, it's one of my favorite meals. Yesterday morning, I collected things from the refrigerator, lit the fire on the stove, poured olive oil into a frying pan, and began the ancient art of making breakfast. For many people, that ritual also includes brewing a cup of coffee, but I can't drink coffee. My body doesn't process the caffeine so well. Instead, I like to make fresh juice. I didn't use my juicer Yesterday morning when I took this photo. Now that apples are in full season and at their most delicious, it's time to get the juicer out and complete my morning custom. What's your favorite breakfast foods? Also, what do you like to cook for breakfast? It sounds like these questions are the same, but not necessarily because some people never cook, and instead, someone else cooks the breakfast for them, either a partner at home, a family member, or someone at a restaurant.
