If I could actually walk on the moon

The ancient shadow of the world stretches itself and bends with the passing streetlight. I sometimes wonder what things would be like if I could actually walk on the moon or travel to distant planets where there is other life. I most certainly believe there is life on other planets. I'm just not sure if I believe it has made it here, beyond the microbes that traveled on comets to kick start our living planet. I also believe in the spiritual existence of things. Physics has shown us that the world is far stranger than we could possibly imagine. I'm inclined to believe that the spiritual world is simply another realm of existence that we are not able to measure yet. Until we can, it remains shrouded in mystery and superstition like an ancient talisman from some ritualistic magical art. That's what looking at this photo reminded me of.
